Patrick J. Argento is the newest attorney with the Rizzuto Law Firm. Prior to becoming an associate at the firm after admission to the New York Bar, Mr. Argento served as the law student assistant for the firm and has had experience handling cases relating to personal injury for both Plaintiffs and Defendants, insurance defense, and nursing home cases.

While at Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law, received the Gold Level Public Service Certificate for his many volunteer hours in public service law through the Clinical Prosecution Practicum as well as internships with Judge Caren Loguercio of the Suffolk County Family Court and the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Argento was also a magna cum laude and Honors Program graduate from Seton Hall University. While there, he participated as the secretary of the Honors Program Student Association and Undersecretary-General for Committees and Crises for Seton Hall University’s Model United Nations. His senior thesis Recovering from Political Scandal: Why Weiner Failed and Barry Stays Strong was published in Political Analysis, Volume XVI, the school’s peer reviewed political science journal.

From 2005-2012, Mr. Argento was involved in the Civil Air Patrol Cadet Program, a leadership program run by the Civil Air Patrol, the official civilian auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force. Through this leadership program, Mr. Argento participated in various community service activities and reached the rank of Cadet Lieutenant Colonel and received the associated General Ira C. Eaker Award.
